[Hiring] Senior Solutions Engineer @Cordial Experience

Role Description

The Cordial Solutions Engineer is the team member regarded as the Cordial subject matter expert. You will be responsible for guiding Cordial clients through a successful implementation of the platform, third party integrations, and providing solutions for complex and unique use cases.

• Be client obsessed: Consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert of the Cordial platform. Assist clients in understanding how they can apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals. Develop and share best practices to clients.
• Make implementations look easy: Help clients implement Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into their marketing stack and maximize the value generated from the Cordial platform.
• Solution like a boss: Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions, and help create repeatable processes and/or documentation for long-term success. Enable clients to use dynamic scripting for email language and machine learning capabilities. Design data structures that integrate into Cordial's object model.
• Act as and help the Project Manager: Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines.
• Collaborate all day, everyday: Work closely with the product team to improve client adoption across the platform. Collaborate with Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams to ensure Cordial meets and exceeds client expectations and goals.
• Be an organized sensei: Document and record all completed project work, allowing a manageable framework that everyone can access for success.

Qualifications

• Hold a BS in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services.
• Track record of driving meaningful, successful implementations and managing client projects.
• Eager to be an expert in Cordial’s technology.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, comfortable with JSON data structure, and read/write HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience with PHP (or other programming language) and capable of using Browser Developer Tools.
• Understanding of differences between SQL and noSQL.
• Ability to handle difficult or unexpected technical issues and/or complex business challenges.
• Confident in working with senior level marketers, IT/systems integrators, and marketing technology partners.
• Able to manage multiple open projects with varying degrees of complexity and business priority.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams including Experience Management, Strategy, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and the Executive Team.
• Track record of delivering results in a dynamic, autonomous start-up environment.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise marketing automation, email marketing, and/or digital marketing industries (bonus points).
• Enterprise client experience (bonus points).

Benefits

• United States: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 base salary annually, adjusted based on experience and location. Includes equity, bonus, robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off, childcare, and continued education yearly reimbursements.
• United Kingdom: £85,000–£100,000 base salary annually, adjusted based on experience and location. Includes equity, bonus, reimbursement for private medical insurance, pension scheme, flexible time off, and professional development yearly reimbursements.
