[Hiring] Senior Solutions Engineer @Cordial Experience Inc.

Role Description

The Cordial Solutions Engineer is the team member regarded as the Cordial subject matter expert. You will be responsible for guiding Cordial clients through a successful implementation of the platform, third party integrations, and providing solutions for complex and unique use cases.

• Be client obsessed: Consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert of the Cordial platform. Assist clients in understanding how they can apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals. Develop and share best practices to clients.
• Make implementations look easy: Help clients implement Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into their marketing stack and maximize the value generated from the Cordial platform.
• Solution like a boss: Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions, and help create repeatable processes and/or documentation for long-term success. Enable clients to use dynamic scripting for email language and machine learning capabilities.
• Act as and help the Project Manager: Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines.
• Collaborate all day, everyday: Work closely with the product team to improve client adoption across the platform. Collaborate with Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams to ensure Cordial meets and exceeds client expectations and goals.
• Be an organized sensei: Document and record all completed project work allowing a manageable framework that everyone can access for success.

Qualifications

• Hold a BS in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services.
• Track record of driving meaningful, successful implementations and managing client projects.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Comfortable with JSON data structure.
• Read/write HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience with PHP (or other programming language).
• Capable of using Browser Developer Tools.
• Understand differences between SQL and noSQL.

• Ability to handle difficult or unexpected technical issues and/or complex business challenges while remaining calm.
• Ability to manage multiple open projects with varying degrees of complexity and business priority.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams including Experience Management, Strategy, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and the Executive Team.
• Track record of delivering results in a dynamic, autonomous start-up environment.

• United States: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 base salary annually, adjusted based on experience and location.
