[Hiring] Senior Solution Consultant @cyberu

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Solution Consultant. This role is Remote, Germany.

For the last two decades, the job was to move HR onto software. Now the job is to move it onto AI. The new systems don't just store data and run workflows; they analyze, recommend, and take on real work for a team. Tasks that used to take weeks can now happen in a short conversation. The companies that use this well will hire, develop, and keep their people better than the rest.

This is where a Solution Consultant makes the difference. In a shift like this, the product doesn't sell itself. Someone has to help clients see what is now possible, connect it to a real problem they have, and prove it. That is your job.

As an SC at Cornerstone, you turn interesting technology into a clear reason to buy. You sit at the centre of the sales team. You bring solid talent management knowledge together with a real understanding of what AI can do today, and you help clients rethink how they hire, develop, and grow their people.

You work closely with Sales Executives and other teams to set Cornerstone apart. You do this by listening carefully, building trust, and helping clients look at talent management in a new way. Your goal is simple to say and hard to do: understand what each client wants to achieve and why, then show them clearly and credibly how Cornerstone gets them there.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver demonstrations that convince.
• Design solutions together with clients.
• Be the trusted technical translator.
• Uncover the requirements behind every deal.
• Build lasting client relationships.
• Bring the field back into the product.
• Keep learning.

We work fast and we work in an AI-first way. The people who do well here already use AI to think, draft, and build, and they get more done because of it. We expect the same from you: use modern AI tools well in your own work, test ideas without waiting for permission, and stay curious about where this technology is going. If you enjoy a fast environment that keeps changing, you will feel at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a related client-facing role, or a strong track record that shows you can get there fast.
• An interest in HR software and a willingness to build deep knowledge of talent management and the HR-tech ecosystem.
• Real fluency with AI in your daily work.
• The mindset of a builder.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage several things at once with good attention to detail and time management.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams and projects with many stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and your local language(s).
• A commitment to diversity, inclusion, privacy, and security.

Benefits

• Comprehensive compensation package including annual bonuses and program-specific awards.
• Equitable pay based on market-driven research and skill-based appraisals.
• Flexibility and empowerment in your career.
• Starting salary range: 73500 - 117600 EUR.
