[Hiring] Senior Salesforce Business Analyst @EPAM

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with a hands-on, AI-versed approach to guide our team and client business owners through the replacement of a fleet scheduling application with a modern Salesforce-based CRM. This multi-phase project begins with an MVP focused on replicating existing functionality while introducing core CRM capabilities such as:

• Activity tracking
• Data modeling
• Scheduling
• Quoting
• Document generation
• Third-party integrations

Responsibilities include:

• Guide the client business owner and EPAM team through the end-to-end process of replacing a legacy fleet scheduling application with a Salesforce-based CRM.
• Define and document requirements for the CRM data model, including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders/Invoices, and custom objects such as Tour/Tour Stop and Asset/Asset Reservation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for CRM activities, permissions, and change log capabilities.
• Analyze and document notification requirements, particularly around Account and Opportunity Team use cases.
• Support data migration efforts across 4-5 entities from two Star Tracker instances.
• Define requirements for a scheduling solution, including asset reservation tracking and a custom LWC component.
• Document requirements for a product catalog of approximately 50 products and related quoting processes.
• Define document generation requirements for contracts, quotes, and invoices.
• Capture requirements for tour mapping, distance calculations, and route modification capabilities, including quote revisions based on updated routings.
• Document integration requirements with QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Functional Testing/QA to validate delivered functionality against business requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce platform implementations.
• Experience leading multi-phase CRM replacement or migration projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM data modeling, including standard and custom objects.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and their application in business analysis processes.
• Understanding of Salesforce Functional Testing and QA practices.
• Experience with data migration planning and execution across multiple source systems.
• Background in documenting requirements for scheduling, quoting, and document generation solutions.
• Skills in gathering and translating business requirements for third-party system integrations.
• Capability to work directly with client business owners to drive requirements gathering and solution design.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
