[Hiring] Senior Salesforce Administrator @Medely

Role Description

Salesforce sits at the center of how Medely’s revenue organization operates. We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who can do more than keep it running: someone who will make it cleaner, smarter, and easier for our teams to use as we scale.

You’ll own the day-to-day health and continued evolution of Salesforce, along with key sales systems such as LeanData and Salesloft. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to:

• Understand where processes break down
• Identify opportunities before they become tickets
• Build solutions that make people more effective

This role sits on the GTM Systems team within Revenue Operations and reports to our Head of GTM Systems. You’ll have meaningful ownership without operating in a silo, giving you an experienced partner to pressure-test ideas with while remaining the primary Salesforce administrator.

This is a hands-on role for someone who treats Salesforce as a designed system, not a queue of requests.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a comparable technical operations function, including hands-on Salesforce administration.
• Deep Salesforce data fluency.
• Integration experience.
• Cross-system diagnostic instinct.
• Governance discipline.
• Ownership under ambiguity.

Requirements

• Own Salesforce administration end to end, including advanced configuration, security settings, and user roles.
• Own the definitions behind our customer and funnel metrics, including a documented data dictionary and change control on the object model.
• Run lead and account routing end to end, driving automation accuracy to 100%.
• Oversee integrations and system architecture, including third-party integrations and API configurations.
• Build the reporting layer, including advanced reports and dashboards.
• Serve as the single point of contact for GTM systems, triaging and prioritizing inbound requests across teams.
