[Hiring] Senior Procurement Business Optimization Specialist @FuseGlobal

Role Description

The Senior Procurement Business Optimization Specialist is responsible for driving the execution, continuous improvement, and optimization of Procurement business processes, systems, analytics, and operational support services that enable the Procurement organization.

• Serve as a key liaison between Procurement, Business Services, and cross-functional business partners.
• Identify improvement opportunities, resolve business challenges, and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead process optimization initiatives and support governance and compliance efforts.
• Drive business process standardization and leverage data and technology to improve efficiency, user experience, and business performance.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while supporting strategic Procurement priorities.
• Ensure successful execution of initiatives across Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement (S&IM, PFME and CAPEX), Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement or change management initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles in executing complex, multifunctional prioritized projects.
• Self-Motivator who can work towards resolution of problems.
• Strong and creative problem-solving skills.
• Effectively able to influence without authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
• Experience with SAP and business reporting tools preferred.
• Availability for travel and work beyond the regular scheduled hours.
• Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate experience is a plus.
