• Develop high-impact, step-by-step training materials, workshops, and visual documentation that translate complex technical processes into practical, easy-to-follow instructions for Citizen Developers.
• Define the robust technical architecture for Copilot Studio environments, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and integrated with necessary business systems via Power Automate and APIs.
• Serve as the lead technical mentor, providing direct support and deployment assistance to business users, acting as the final point of escalation for complex agent configurations.
• Define the entire lifecycle of an agent, from concept ideation and training to deployment, governance, and maintenance, to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop the strategy for promoting and selling this new support service, clearly articulating the value of the framework to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
