Role Description

The Senior Image Review Processor performs advanced review of license plate images, supports accurate transaction processing, and serves as a resource for Image Review Processors. This role handles complex images, supports quality and productivity standards, assists with training and mentoring, and reinforces compliance with company, transportation department, and data security requirements.

• Review license plate images and accurately record transaction details, including plate number, plate type, issuing state, vehicle class, and vehicle type.
• Apply business rules, reference guides, and department-specific requirements to ensure consistent and accurate processing.
• Handle complex, illegible, or problematic images and provide guidance on appropriate resolution.
• Maintain productivity, interaction time, transaction accuracy, and image review quality standards.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing sample transactions, identifying trends, documenting recurring errors, and reinforcing image review standards.
• Serve as a resource for Image Review Processors by answering procedural questions and modeling accurate processing practices.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and onboarding new or less experienced team members.
• Provide input on common processing errors, training opportunities, system concerns, and process improvements.
• Use multiple applications to complete assigned work, support recordkeeping, and report image quality or operational issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and security requirements.
• Prepare basic operational reports on image review volumes, productivity trends, quality results, and service level performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in image review, data entry, customer service, transportation operations, or high-volume processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to resolve complex or unclear image review scenarios consistently.
• Ability to accurately review high-volume license plate images for extended periods.
• Accurate data entry speed of 7,000 characters per hour and typing speed of 40 words per minute preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, email, web browsers, proprietary systems, and multiple applications.
• Ability to answer procedural questions, reinforce quality and productivity expectations, and support less experienced team members.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Benefits

• Cubic Pay Range: $16.00 - $21.00 + benefits.
