[Hiring] Senior ERP Transformation Lead @OPTIVEUM sp. z o.o.

Role Description

We are currently looking for a Senior ERP Transformation Lead – IFS Cloud to lead a large-scale business and ERP modernisation initiative for a major Nordic enterprise. This is a high-impact leadership assignment with direct exposure to executive stakeholders. You will own a strategic programme moving legacy IFS environments to IFS Cloud across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement & Supplier Management and enterprise-wide business processes. The goal goes beyond modernising the ERP landscape: it includes transforming business processes, governance and ways of working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes
• Strong IFS / IFS Cloud transformation experience
• Background in business transformation and organisational change
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in multinational, complex business environments
• Fluent English

Requirements

• Lead a complex ERP transformation programme end-to-end
• Drive the migration from legacy IFS to IFS Cloud
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Establish governance, alignment and decision-making across the organisation
• Lead change management and business transformation activities
