Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to manage client relationships, oversee IT service delivery, and drive successful project outcomes. The role involves:

• Stakeholder management
• Financial oversight
• Business development
• Coordination of onsite and offshore teams
• Focus on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI)

Qualifications

• Strong experience in client-facing IT service delivery, engagement management, client management, or program management
• Experience working with banking, financial services, or insurance clients
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of insurance solutions, IT network operations, and security
• Experience managing distributed teams and onsite–offshore delivery models
• Strong skills in project financials, contract management, resource planning, and risk management
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and new business opportunities
• Ability to collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and practice teams to meet client requirements
• Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL, and project management practices; relevant certifications are a plus

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding business objectives
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, resources, scope, quality, and deliverables
• Manage project financials, budgets, contracts, forecasts, and commercial commitments
• Identify and resolve client concerns, delivery challenges, and escalations
• Coordinate with sales, technical teams, COEs, and practice groups to deliver client solutions
• Drive RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and new business development opportunities
• Manage onsite, offshore, and distributed teams to ensure effective service delivery
• Prepare and present steering committee updates, operational reviews, and executive reports
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, delivery performance, and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to support employee engagement, team development, and an inclusive working environment
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows, support decision-making, and enhance engagement outcomes
