Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Senior eDiscovery Project Coordinator. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently plan and perform remote forensic collections using EnCase, ensuring defensible preservation in complex scenarios.
• Utilize CrashPlan and Cellebrite for collections as needed, selecting the appropriate tools based on risk profiles.
• Employ Nuix to collect, process, and quality-check data for delivery to eDiscovery vendors.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to address access and infrastructure challenges affecting collections.
• Maintain rigorous chain of custody records and track collection metrics, partnering with the Lead eDiscovery Project Coordinator for reporting improvements.
• Manage assigned litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Support legal hold preservation and compliance efforts, proactively identifying risk areas.
• Facilitate GDPR Data Subject Access Request reviews in partnership with HR, managing the review process and training.
• Lead assigned team projects, including software upgrades and reporting initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance documentation for collection procedures and operational guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for automation and assist in piloting AI tools to improve discovery workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience performing remote forensic collections, with demonstrated proficiency in EnCase.
• Strong working knowledge of Nuix and Microsoft Purview eDiscovery; experience with CrashPlan or Cellebrite is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and senior stakeholders, including direct interaction with outside counsel.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing clear, audit-ready documentation.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple concurrent matters independently.
• An automation-first mindset with hands-on experience applying scripting, workflow automation, or AI-assisted tools to enhance discovery work.
• BA degree or eDiscovery certification preferred.
• eDiscovery certification / RCA certification / EnCE, EnCEP certification.
• Experience with Purview eDiscovery, EnCase, and Nuix/Relativity.

Requirements

• Pay Range: $40/hr - $48/hour.
