Role Description

The Senior Director of Field Performance serves as a key leader responsible for driving sales execution, revenue growth, operational excellence, performance improvement, and leadership effectiveness across the field organization. This role provides operational and day-to-day management for the company's Field Performance and Improvement Program, ensuring underperforming centers achieve sustainable improvements in operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.

• Directly oversee a team of field performance leaders.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of network performance improvement programs, including center selection, performance monitoring, intervention planning, and graduation criteria.
• Support the development and execution of initiatives designed to improve performance across key sales, operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.
• Partner with Regional Business Directors, Center leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement targeted improvement strategies.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to methodology, performance targets, and accountability structures.
• Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring additional support.
• Build and execute tailored action plans to accelerate business performance.
• Maintain performance benchmarks, monitoring mechanisms, and success metrics.
• Ensure sustainable performance gains through effective coaching, follow-up, and accountability processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a closely related field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Health Sciences).
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading performance improvement initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Demonstrated success driving operational and financial results through coaching and leadership development.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as needed).

Requirements

• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, medical services, or other multi-unit service organizations preferred.
• Experience developing leadership training programs and succession planning initiatives preferred.
• Knowledge of performance management systems, operational metrics, and business analytics preferred.

Benefits

• Annual pay range: $155,000 - $170,000, plus bonus/incentives.
