[Hiring] Senior Creative Operations and Production Manager @Triple Whale

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Creative Operations & Production Manager to lead the systems, workflows and production processes behind Triple Whale's in-house creative team. You'll oversee the creative lifecycle from intake and briefing through final delivery, supporting Brand, Performance, Content and Product Marketing.

Partnering closely with the Creative Director and marketing leadership, you'll streamline operations, improve cross-functional collaboration and ensure high-quality creative work is delivered on time.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end creative production across campaigns, video, web and brand initiatives, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Lead creative intake and briefing, establishing clear project requirements, timelines and expectations.
• Manage project priorities, team capacity and resources across multiple marketing functions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, navigate trade-offs and proactively resolve production challenges.
• Oversee creative reviews and quality assurance, consolidating feedback and maintaining high standards.
• Own and optimize Asana workflows, templates, reporting and project management processes.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Manage external freelancers and agency partners as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative operations, integrated production or creative program management, including 5+ years in SaaS, technology or AI.
• Proven experience leading high-volume creative production across multiple marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Asana expertise, including workflow automation, templates, portfolios and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong creative judgment across design, video and web, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of improving processes and driving operational excellence.
• Bonus points for experience in performance marketing, ecommerce or martech, and familiarity with Figma, Frame.io or similar tools.
