[Hiring] Senior Associate, Client Ads & Promotions Operations @Mindlance

Role Description

This is a highly collaborative role working across product, engineering, sales teams, and advertisers to deliver high-impact operational solutions and support that drive long-term advertiser success. As a key stakeholder, you will design and deploy internal tools to eliminate manual tasks and accelerate our operational efficiency. By also bridging the gap between technical platform health and commercial strategy, you will provide the strategic guidance and troubleshooting expertise necessary to ensure our brand partners thrive on the platform.

• Process Optimization: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advocate for operational needs during new product launches and advertiser onboarding rollouts.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Lead end-to-end resolution of platform issues, managing technical investigations and stakeholder communications to ensure timely fixes.
• Problem Diagnosis: Triage and troubleshoot complex campaign and platform hurdles by leveraging data analysis and internal diagnostic tools.
• Tooling & Automation: Identify efficiency gaps and build internal tools or automated workflows to streamline manual processes and improve team productivity.
• Sales and Advertiser Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and external advertiser inbounds, supporting campaign and platform-related issues to ensure teams are successful.
• Operational Execution: Within a team, help support campaign management that includes setup, quality assurance (QA), and ad content moderation.

• 3-5 years of experience managing operations or strategic initiatives within high-growth environments.

• Ability to balance details with strategy, diving into specifics while identifying high-level trends.

• Data-informed, using operational metrics to advocate for improvements (Excel required; SQL preferred).

Requirements

• Strong experience at similar fast-paced, larger, or tech-adjacent companies.
• Ad ops experience - understands the campaign lifecycle and has worked in a similar ads/media environment.
• Process builder - has independently identified inefficiencies and built tooling or workflows to fix them, not just flagged problems.
• Data fluency - comfortable pulling and manipulating data to answer questions, not just reporting numbers handed to them.
