[Hiring] Senior Analyst @JLL

Role Description

Manage the team to ensure that service delivery standards are maintained.

• Be the single point of contact for team members on all operational issues.
• Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions with each of your team members as well as run regular team meetings.
• Assist with new hire training and nesting, as well as the continued development and maintenance of policy and process documentation.
• Assist and support other leaders and solicit a team culture between your peers.
• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with all stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and lead/assist with the implementation of operational excellence programs.
• Manage retention of talent and keep attrition levels to acceptable standards.
• Provide reporting and data insights on team performance.

Oversight and backup support for the team on the following:

• Address support tickets and escalate to IT support as required. Provide assistance in resolving and ensure issues associated with the system are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Update MRI documentation as required (procedures, user guides and training documentations).
• Process MRI related records (change requests, issues log, enhancement requests).
• Thoroughly test fixes and enhancements updating test scripts prior to deployment to the live system.
• Assist with system upgrades and service pack testing as required.
• Identify key user processing issues that can be reduced by running short knowledge transfer sessions held via ‘Webex’.
• Actively participate in requirements gathering and design of solutions, project deliverables, creating test documentation and executing testing across systems.
• Work with the business to ensure thorough documentation and testing of enhancements and fixes to production releases.
• Implement new initiatives.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are kept up to date.
• Implement Process improvements.

Qualifications

• MRI software experience; understanding core MRI software functionality, database structure and table schema desirable.
• Financial (accounts payable and accounts receivable) background, accounting background (CPA not required).
• SQL knowledge and experience.
• Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
