[Hiring] Search Consultant @Quilter

Role Description

To drive the initial engagement, tracking of application and onboarding of quality Registered Individuals (all as Restricted Financial Planners – RFPs) into Quilter Financial Advisers (QFA), the National Advice arm of Quilter PLC. These advisers will be predominantly focused on Pension & Investment business, with a passion for strong client outcomes and a willingness to grow within the group.

• Support the Regional Director in sourcing and converting high quality recruits.
• Ensure the recruit journey meets the expectations set out by Quilter.
• Identify, contact, and nurture appropriate prospective RIs to join QFA.
• Utilise the full marketing mix in prospecting activities (email campaigns, social media, direct mail, telephone calls, shadowing face-to-face meetings).
• Help prospective RIs complete appropriate application paperwork and guide them through the process.
• Support new advisers in developing a Business Plan that underpins their suitability for joining QFA.
• Maintain good relationships with all new recruits, gathering referrals and ensuring brand image remains strong.
• Maintain and update recruitment data in the online CRM platform, Workable.
• Keep knowledge of the marketplace up to date and share with the wider recruitment team.
• Develop a strong sense of team within the business and seek opportunities for cross collaboration.
• Work compliantly, in partnership with Risk and Compliance.
• Support a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across the business, living the company values.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the way in which different types of advisers work (employed vs self-employed, bancassurance vs IFA).
• Good knowledge of Wealth businesses and how they operate.
• Track record of building relationships quickly and effectively.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Excellent ability to articulate a proposition and outline the benefits.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Competent IT capabilities (use of LinkedIn, CRM system, etc.).
• Willingness to learn and develop your career.
• Target driven mindset and comfortable in a pressurised environment.
