Role Description

This role involves working as a Coupa SAP P2P Consultant in a remote capacity.

Create and manage purchase orders (PO) within SAP and Coupa.
Oversee the invoice approval process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Maintain and troubleshoot integration errors with SAP systems related to the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth P2P workflows in Coupa and SAP.
Provide expertise in SAP MM and Coupa Purchasing modules.
Support one or more Finance and Procurement functional areas, including Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, and Invoicing.
Assist customers with transaction processes related to POs and invoices, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Purchase Order creation and invoice approval processes using SAP and Coupa.
Strong understanding of integration errors and maintenance within SAP systems, specifically related to Purchase to Pay (P2P).
Familiarity with Coupa and its purchasing workflows.
Knowledge of SAP MM and ICE (Invoice) functionalities.
Experience in Finance and Procurement functional areas such as Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, and Invoicing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
