Role Description
The Workday Consultant will be responsible for executing a project-based initiative to enhance Workday automation processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with HR & Payroll policies and business needs. This is a project-based contracted role. The salary for this position is $45-$65 an hour (based on experience).
- Conducting an initial assessment of existing Workday configurations and workflows.
- Designing and implementing automation improvements for HR processes.
- Streamlining workflows for onboarding, offboarding, performance management, benefits administration and other workflows as needed.
- Providing structured training and knowledge transfer to internal HR team members and Sourcepass management team.
- Delivering comprehensive documentation of changes and configurations for future reference.
Project Deliverables
- A detailed assessment report outlining current system functionality and areas for improvement.
- A project plan with milestones and timelines for implementing automation enhancements.
- Configured and tested Workday automation workflows aligned with business needs in partnership with HR.
- Training materials and sessions for the HR team to ensure successful adoption.
- A final project report summarizing completed tasks, impact analysis, and future recommendations.
Requirements
- Sourcepass participates in the E-Verify program. As required by federal law, employees must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) upon hire.
- Through the E-Verify program, Sourcepass will verify the identity and employment eligibility of all individuals hired to work in the United States.
