Role Description

This role involves providing support and implementation for PAS-X MES systems.

Lead the implementation and provide ongoing support for PAS-X systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Customize and configure PAS-X to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAS-X with other enterprise systems like ERP, SCADA, and LIMS.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PAS-X configurations and processes.
Train and mentor team members on PAS-X system usage and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular system audits.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in implementing and supporting PAS-X systems.
Proficiency in PAS-X configuration, including master batch record development and system workflows.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, as well as GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
