Role Description

This role involves extensive experience in SAP data migration, data governance, and data management.

10+ years of experience in SAP data migration, data governance, and data management
At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations with hands-on experience in data migration
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud data migration strategies, tools, and methodologies
Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LTMOM, and SAP Data Services
Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for migrating master and transactional data
Experience with SAP Public Cloud-specific data load templates, best practices, and constraints
Expertise in migrating Master Data and Transactional Data
Ability to configure, map, and validate data migration objects to ensure data integrity and consistency
Knowledge of SAP BTP integrations for data migration
Strong understanding of SAP FICO, SD, MM, and other functional areas
Experience leading data migration planning, strategy development, execution, and validation
Ability to identify, cleanse, and transform legacy data for compliance with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud requirements
Hands-on experience conducting data quality assessments and reconciliation
Proficiency in managing data loads in multiple iterations and resolving errors
Ability to troubleshoot migration failures and optimize data conversion scripts

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to conduct data migration workshops and provide training
Capable of creating clear documentation, including data mapping specifications and issue logs
Strong client-facing and consulting skills
