Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations, ensuring seamless integration of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules in the Public Cloud environment.

Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations with a focus on FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, BA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PC, CO-PA) modules.
Conduct blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and requirements gathering to align SAP solutions with business needs.
Configure and customize S/4HANA FICO processes, including Intercompany, Taxation, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting.
Manage data migration (ETL) from legacy systems to S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Integrate SAP FICO with SAP BTP, Central Finance, and Fiori apps for enhanced user experience.
Support testing (UAT), cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live issue resolution.
Deliver end-user training and create documentation for SAP best practices.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for end-to-end process alignment.
Present solutions to executive stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP ERP experience, with 5+ years focused on S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance.
Completed 3+ full lifecycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations (design to go-live).
Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA FICO configuration, data migration, and integration.
Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices for Public Cloud and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with SAP Central Finance, BTP, and Fiori.
SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (preferred).

Ability to simplify complex financial/technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and post-implementation support capabilities.
Comfortable delivering executive-level presentations and workshops.
