Role Description

This role is the analytical and operational link between AssetWatch’s business stakeholders and the Revenue Systems delivery team. The right person brings genuine business analysis instincts — the ability to surface requirements, resolve competing priorities, and translate complex business needs into something a development team can execute — alongside the organizational discipline to keep a fast-moving sprint cadence on track.

• Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis:
  • Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders across various operations.
  • Facilitate discussions to surface unstated assumptions and identify conflicting requirements.
  • Document agreements with precision for the development team.
  • Translate conversations into well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate solution options against real business constraints and flag trade-offs.
• Stakeholder Alignment and Conflict Resolution:
  • Own the alignment work among multiple teams with competing priorities.
  • Get the right people in the room and make trade-offs visible.
  • Resolve conflicts before they become delivery delays.
  • Keep sprint commitments transparent to dependent teams.
  • Manage expectations proactively when scope or timelines need to shift.
• Process Improvement and UAT:
  • Document current-state business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Own the full UAT lifecycle for enhancements before production.
  • Write test scripts, coordinate business reviewers, and triage defects.
  • Confirm sign-off before any deployment goes live.
• Sprint Operations and User Support:
  • Manage the Jira backlog and run sprint planning and daily standups.
  • Follow up before sprint deadlines and send action items and release notes.
  • Triage inbound Salesforce support requests through the team’s Slack channel.
  • Acknowledge requests promptly and route issues appropriately.
  • Keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BSA, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce-adjacent role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable navigating competing stakeholder priorities and resolving cross-team conflicts.
• Strong written communication with an instinct for documenting decisions and processes.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Agile sprint management experience with Jira.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi is a plus.

Requirements

• The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 — $119,580 USD.
• Variable pay, bonuses, and other cash compensation will be discussed throughout the interview process.
• Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
