[Hiring] Route Accounting Associate @Reyes Beverage Group

Role Description

• This position is remote; however, the selected candidate must reside within one hour of a Reyes Beverage Group facility in California.
• Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items.
• Run register process for each RBG facility assigned to you:
  • Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP.
  • Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems.
• Run invoicing process for each RBG facility assigned to you:
  • Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day.
• Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance, etc.
• Correct invoice errors from prior day.
• Support operations as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
