Role Description

The Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the rates, performance, and strategy for 400-750 rental units in a designated region. With a focus on revenue optimization, this role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in revenue management who is ready to take ownership of a region's performance and collaborate directly with key stakeholders.

Revenue Optimization:

• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for the assigned region and units.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Make proactive adjustments to rates and strategies to achieve financial goals.

Performance Analysis:

• Conduct thorough performance analysis, utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
• Compile and present comprehensive reports on unit and regional performance to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive overall business success.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with property owners and shop-level stakeholders to understand market dynamics and property-specific considerations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
• Present revenue management strategies and findings in a clear and impactful manner.

Autonomous Decision-Making:

• Take ownership of the revenue performance for the designated region, making strategic decisions to drive results.
• Implement initiatives and projects to optimize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy adjustments to relevant teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
