Role Description

As Regional Service Manager, you will lead service delivery across your region, ensuring our customers receive outstanding aftermarket support. Acting as the senior escalation point, you’ll manage relationships with operators, drive service performance, and lead a field-based team to maximise vehicle availability and customer satisfaction. You’ll combine technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership to resolve complex issues, improve fleet reliability, and grow aftermarket opportunities.
