Role Description

Qualifications

• 4+ years in records retrieval with firsthand experience.
• Hands-on experience with online medical records request portals such as Datavant or MRO.
• 2+ years managing remote teams.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and workflow automation as the future of retrieval operations is a plus.
