Role Description

As a Receiving & Inbound Logistics Support, you'll embody our mantra of Head, Heart, Hustle every day, delivering exceptional service with expertise, empathy, and a drive to succeed.

• Maintain accurate inbound shipment updates in the container tracking chart and NetSuite.
• Track ETD, ETA, customs clearance, delivery orders, last free days, delivery appointments, warehouse delivery, and empty container returns.
• Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies for updates, documents, and delivery arrangements.
• Report shipment delays, vessel rollovers, customs issues, and delivery problems.
• Coordinate deliveries based on warehouse receiving hours, capacity, and priorities.
• Monitor container deadlines to help prevent demurrage, detention, storage, and late-return charges.
• Maintain organized shipment communications and issue-resolution records.

Qualifications

• Relevant inbound logistics experience, ideally supporting US operations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite.
