Role Description

The eCOA Proposal Manager will join our Study by Study proposal team to lead the end-to-end process for our Veeva eCOA application - from initial protocol scoping through contract execution and change order management. • Evaluate study protocols to identify required eCOA components (diaries, surveys, clinical assessments) and define precise project scopes in proposals for customers.
• Lead the development of detailed, competitive proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal details, addressing technical and operational questions to set clear expectations with prospective clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and scale proposal and contract frameworks, driving efficiency and quality across the Study by Study team efforts.
• Proactively manage a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably within clinical trial operations or clinical systems (eCOA/ePRO experience preferred).
• Proven track record in proposal development and contract/change order management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure with short or competing timelines.
• Collaborative and consultative work style.

Requirements

• Experience interpreting clinical protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a fast-paced, B2B environment.
• Understanding of cloud/SaaS technology.

Compensation

Base pay: $75,000 - 95,000. The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
