Role Description

We're growing our team and are looking for a Property Desk Adjuster to join us in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In this unique role, you'll primarily support our Property Desk team while also having the opportunity to assist with occasional field claims in remote communities, offering a diverse and rewarding claims experience.

As a trusted claims professional, you'll play a key role in helping customers through challenging situations by:

• Investigating property claims
• Evaluating claims
• Negotiating settlements
• Resolving claims through telephone and written communication

You'll be empowered to make decisions within your delegated authority while collaborating closely with:

• Clients
• Field adjusters
• Legal partners

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong analytical skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service, while working in a dynamic environment that offers both desk-based and field exposure. This position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually (salary is open for negotiation and based on skills and experience).
