[Hiring] Program Analyst Associate @Prime Therapeutics

Role Description

The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for providing project coordination and administrative support to one or more of Prime's functional areas:

• Clinical Program Management
• Utilization Management (UM)
• Formulary
• GuidedHealth
• Pharmaceutical Trade Relations
• Pharmacy Audit
• Clinical Operations
• Specialty Pharmacy

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination, project management, and implementation of internal and/or client-facing initiatives, which may include:
  • Quarterly Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee (P&T) coordination
  • Annual formulary development and production
  • Development and process support for Prime National and Client Utilization Management (UM) programs
  • Review of regulatory requirements and adherence for processes related to Formulary, UM, GuidedHealth, and other programs
• Point of contact for administrative support within designated functional area, including:
  • Tracking department and program documentation
  • Verification of information
  • Coordinating necessary follow-up
  • Generating and submitting regular reporting
• Support the creation of client quarterly business review presentations, internal and external communications, and coordination of client meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
• 1 year of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management, or other related field
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently and within established timeframes
• Detail-oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office

• Potential pay for this position ranges from $25.48 - $40.87 based on experience and skills
