Role Description

The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for leading, organizing, and documenting specialized engagements for post-conversion clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Applying best practices for Professional Service engagements.
• Providing technical assistance and training for clients.
• Completing client-specific projects.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• At least two years of KeyStone experience.
• A college degree (non-technical discipline) or multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs, or in-depth industry and job-specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Prepare standard and customized post-conversion documentation to aid clients in Professional Services engagements, using correct spelling, grammar, and terminology.
• Engage clients to create client-specific Professional Services engagement plans, acting as the main liaison throughout the engagement.
• Communicate clearly and positively with clients, staying diligent about honoring deadlines and maintaining standards.
• Apply best practices for Professional Services engagements and suggest improvements.
• Provide technical and training expertise to support clients throughout the engagements.
• Deliver high levels of customer service in communications.
• Provide timely and accurate updates for clients and internal staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
