Role Description
This role involves mentoring professionals in an accelerated 6-week course in Data-Driven Strategic Thinking.
- Support professionals in an “on-demand mentoring” capacity post-course completion
- Cement learnings from the course during day-to-day work
- Assist with the presentation of recommendations, quarterly planning, or MBRs
Responsibilities
- Come prepared and attend student and mentor calls (60 minutes)
- Update your calendar to have a minimum of 5 hours of regular and reliable time during US ET business hours
- Record call notes within 24 hours in the Springboard dashboard
- Provide updates on trends across participants for course improvements
You
- Have 10+ years of professional experience
- Have 5+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting; McKinsey, Bain, and BCG experience a plus
- Have experience working in an executive or leadership coaching capacity
- Can adapt to the needs of different call types - tactical or strategic
- Are a great motivator and can guide students through difficult subjects
- Have experience mentoring or delivering lessons or workshops on Data-Driven Strategic Thinking topics
- Are empathetic and have excellent communication skills
Compensation
- Compensation is $100 per call completed and distributed on a monthly basis
