[Hiring] Platform Information Security Officer @Danaher Corporation

Role Description

The Platform Information Security Officer (PISO), Diagnostics Platform is responsible for end-to-end cybersecurity execution across all operating companies (OpCos) within the Diagnostics Platform globally. This leader is the platform's senior-most cybersecurity executive and the operational counterpart to the Global CISO.

• Own end-to-end cybersecurity execution across all Diagnostics OpCos globally.
• Build, lead, and develop a globally distributed Platform Security Team.
• Own the Diagnostics Platform's cyber risk register and technical risk management.
• Lead platform cyber assurance, including customer security questionnaires and audit responses.
• Coordinate with the central Product Security function on FDA premarket cybersecurity.
• Drive cyber diligence and integration during acquisitions.
• Secure the platform's OT and manufacturing plant environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of information security experience including direct ownership of a cybersecurity function.
• Demonstrated experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or equivalent senior cyber leader.
• Experience leading an information security function across globally distributed teams.
• Experience operating in a decentralized, multi-business-unit environment.
• Experience owning cybersecurity certification and audit programs.
• Experience partnering on product security for connected medical devices.
• Experience with cyber diligence and post-close integration for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time, including international travel to Diagnostics operating company sites.

• Annual salary range for this role is $225,000-$275,000.
• This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
