Role Description

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!

• Drive Revenue, Gross Profit and Operating Income (OI) growth through collaboration with the Revenue Growth Management and Sales Leadership teams.
• Lead annual planning process for Revenue, Margin and Volume including presenting and aligning on sources of growth, price package plans, and executional elements.
• Identify and communicate key opportunities and solutions to the Revenue Growth Management and Sales Leadership teams to gain support and drive improved results.
• Lead and participate in weekly performance routines, monthly performance reviews, and monthly “Deep Dive” sessions to affect results and drive alignment with company strategy.
• Participate in Customer Program Approval and Communication Tool discussions and provide decision support, market implications, and ensure coherency.
• Review Market Unit and Region Key Account pricing requests, Investment Request Forms, and Economic Analysis Models.
• Communicate the retail price package promotional plans during the Annual Planning process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience.

Requirements

• MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
