Role Description

We are hiring a Pharmacy Technology Analyst I to support our Pharmacy team! This role sits at the intersection of pharmacy operations and technology. You will support pharmacy platforms and applications, system connectivity and access, and operational data feeds while partnering with internal teams and external vendors on enhancements, requirements, testing, and issue resolution. Your work will help ensure our technology and processes continue to meet business, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

To be successful, you’ll bring knowledge of pharmacy benefits combined with strong technical aptitude. Ideal candidates will have experience with:

• Requirements gathering
• Data mapping
• Testing

Additionally, strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple priorities, learn new technologies, and communicate effectively with business, technical, and vendor partners will also be important.

Note: This position may require after-hours or weekend support for production releases and major outages. This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on-site in our Chattanooga, TN office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (4 years of professional work experience)
• Minimum 3 years Healthcare Industry experience required
• Minimum 2 years experience with operational analysis, design, and understanding of integrated, interdependent, and interfaced systems and their impacts on each other
