[Hiring] Personal Assistant @X-FLOW

Role Description

We’re looking for a personal assistant to support a private client with a busy travel schedule across Europe and the US. You’ll own logistics end to end, from booking hotels and flights to coordinating with a racing team.

• Plan and book travel: hotels, flights, transfers and logistics
• Handle private aviation: source and book private flights, work with charter brokers, and compare terms and pricing
• Liaise with the racing team on schedules, accommodation, tickets and accreditations
• Rework plans quickly when the schedule changes

Qualifications

• EU passport and EU driver’s license
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and fly across Europe and the US
• Experience as a personal assistant, travel manager, or in a related role (executive assistant, concierge, event logistics)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Discretion: you’ll have access to personal information and travel plans, so signing an NDA is required
• Fluent Russian and English

Requirements

• Nice to have: Previous experience in the private aviation industry
• Based in Cyprus
