Your Impact:

• You will be the technical lead for Axon’s strategic system integrator relationships and the customer opportunities those partners bring.
• Work across Axon, the partner, and the end customer, understanding requirements and workflows.
• Help partners win and deliver outcomes with customers across Central and Eastern Europe.
• Leave a visible mark on how Axon scales with partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the technical lead for assigned strategic system integrator relationships.
• Join partner-led and Axon-led customer engagements to capture requirements and explain Axon capabilities.
• Translate between Axon technology, the partner’s integration, and the customer’s environment.
• Support partner-led opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Build the partner’s ability to position Axon without deal-by-deal Axon coverage.
• Maintain a direct technical relationship with end customers on partner-led accounts.
• Join forces with specialist teams where engaged and fill gaps where not.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role working with enterprise or government buyers.
• Experience aligning requirements, solving technical issues, and maintaining trust.
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages are valued.
• Relevant experience in Defence, Public Safety, Security, information technology, or a related technical field.

• Comfort travelling across Central and Eastern Europe.
