[Hiring] Oracle ERP Analyst @Nexiva

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives. The consultant will assist with testing, production support, system stabilization, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities for Oracle Phase 2 implementation efforts. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in the United States throughout the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle ERP / EPM / SCM Support
  • Provide functional and operational support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules including:
    • Planning
    • Budgeting
    • Forecasting
    • Cost Reporting
  • Support Oracle Fusion SCM/Inventory activities including:
    • Configuration validation
    • Issue troubleshooting
    • Operational readiness testing
  • Assist with Oracle Phase 2 implementation and stabilization efforts.
  • Troubleshoot production and non-production issues across ERP, EPM, SCM, and integrations.
  • Work closely with business users, implementation partners, and technical teams to resolve issues and validate functionality.
  • Participate in hypercare and post-go-live support activities.
• Testing & QA Responsibilities
  • Support regression testing for Oracle quarterly releases and Phase 2 deployments.
  • Create and execute detailed:
    • Test scripts
    • Test scenarios
    • Test evidence documentation
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate defect fixes and retest across integrated Oracle environments.
  • Document testing results, defects, risks, and remediation activities.
  • Support testing of integrations, reports, workflows, interfaces, and security roles.
  • Help improve testing standards and best practices.
• Project & Operational Support
  • Support Oracle quarterly release testing and deployment readiness.
  • Assist with environment validations after refreshes, patches, or configuration updates.
  • Support migration and configuration validation activities.
  • Participate in project status meetings and issue review sessions.
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience
• 5+ years supporting Oracle Fusion SCM Inventory Management modules
• 5+ years of regression testing experience
• 5+ years working with Oracle EPM:
  • Planning
  • Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Cost Reporting
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, post-go-live stabilization, and hypercare
• Experience creating and executing detailed test scripts and scenarios
• 3+ years supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly release management

Requirements

• Must physically reside in the United States during the contract.
• Must be willing to pick up equipment in person if requested by the manager.
• Candidates with highly desired or nice-to-have skills should clearly highlight them on the resume.
