[Hiring] Oracle ERP Analyst @Bright Vision Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Cash Management
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)

The ideal candidate will:

• Work closely with finance stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Document functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end financial processes.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The candidate must have hands-on experience in:

• Test scenario preparation
• Test execution
• Defect identification
• Defect triage
• Root cause analysis
• Resolution tracking across Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting (SLA) and accounting distributions.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and test documentation.
• Proven experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, defect triage, and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial transaction processing and subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
• Experience working with finance, accounting, technical, and integration teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
