Role Description

Client is seeking Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Technical Consultant. The selected candidate should be able to:

• Address User issues
• Resolve technical problems
• Manage tickets
• Product service requests
• Perform needed configuration updates
• Interact with customer process consultants and SME's
• Perform root cause analysis where required
• Improve processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technologies
• Working Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, APEX, Reports, BI Publisher
• Hands-on development and production support experience
• Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with customers

Requirements

• Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis
• Recommend solutions to complex issues
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management and Project-to-Retire
