Role Description
The Operational Readiness Team’s goal is to make the release of any new product into the market smooth and efficient for all stakeholders.
As an Operations Readiness Analyst, you will work with the Product Owners before launch to ensure:
- All information is shared with relevant stakeholders
- The right people attend handover demonstrations and Q&A sessions
- Feedback is shared quickly and clearly
This will make it easier to get Products approved and launched successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive engagement with the Operational Readiness process across Product & Engineering and Customer Organisations
- Plan work in line with the Product Roadmap, including key stakeholder involvement
- Make strong business cases for product and process improvements that benefit our customers
- Attend Product demos and Q&A sessions, acting as an advocate and mediator where necessary
- Involvement in short and long-term projects relating to the DMS product
- Build strong working relationships with other departments within Keyloop, particularly in the Product & Engineering and Customer organisations
Qualifications
- Understanding of automotive industry and/or SaaS
- Demonstrating ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to different areas of the business and levels of seniority
- Strong organisational skills and ability to react to change
- Communication and negotiation skills
