[Hiring] Oncology Program Manager @Viz.ai

Role Description

We're looking for an Oncology Program Manager to support the execution of Viz's oncology care pathways — and to own the operating system that lets them scale.

• Work alongside care pathway leads to get sites live, train and onboard clinicians, and build relationships across the oncology and urology community.
• Operate oncology as a program, ensuring a single source of truth for site status and milestones, clear operating rhythm, and effective escalation paths.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Finance.

What You'll Own

• Care Pathway Execution:
  • Enable and coordinate oncology care pathway delivery from contract execution through technical go-live, clinical activation, and sustained use.
  • Develop processes for planning and managing site-side work that determines timely go-live.
  • Work with clinical sales and marketing to build per-site activation plans.
  • Partner with Finance on milestone implications of go-live timing.
• Clinician Onboarding, Training, and Adoption:
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training for oncologists, urologists, APPs, navigators, and pharmacists.
  • Build reusable training assets for efficiency.
  • Monitor early usage post-go-live and intervene to prevent disengagement.
• Relationships and Clinical Voice:
  • Build trusted relationships with clinical champions and administrators.
  • Serve as a site's point of contact through activation and early adoption.
  • Represent Viz at oncology and urology society meetings.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success with credible, clinically grounded answers.
  • Contribute clinical input into product direction in partnership with Product.
• Oncology Program Management:
  • Establish a single source of truth for oncology: site status, milestones, owners, blockers, and dates.
  • Establish clean interfaces and escalation paths across various teams.
  • Organize communication for technical and product issues.
  • Build necessary reporting in collaboration with platform and value demonstration teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in oncology or urology in clinical operations, care pathways, or customer-facing clinical roles.
• Direct experience in community urology or oncology settings.
• Demonstrated multi-site, multi-stakeholder program or project management.
• Experience at an AI-native or high-growth health technology company.
• Track record of getting clinical sites live and closing the gap between technical and clinical usage.
• Strong clinical fluency and credibility with oncologists and urologists.
• Excellent written communication and risk management skills.
• Thrives in roles with broad responsibilities and limited established processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting life sciences–sponsored clinical programs.
• Familiarity with oncology and urology EHR and workflow systems.
• Clinical licensure or formal clinical training is a plus.
• Working knowledge of NCCN guidelines.
• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar tools for program tracking.
