Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, client-focused Loan Partner/Pre-Approval Specialist to support borrowers, referral partners, and our internal team from pre-qualification through closing.

• Serve as a key extension of the Loan Originator.
• Help structure files correctly and communicate clearly.
• Stay ahead of issues and keep the pipeline moving smoothly.
• Take ownership, think ahead, and follow through.
• Enjoy being relied upon as an important part of a fast-moving mortgage team.
• Help move clients from pre-qualification through contract and into processing.

Requirements

• Base salary: $60,000 annually.
• Per-loan bonus.
• Opportunity for licensed candidates to originate self-sourced business under company guidelines.
• Final compensation structure based on experience, licensing, and role fit.
