[Hiring] Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant @Umanova SA

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen a client’s Dynamics 365 / XRM capability, with a specific focus on the integration between the CRM platform and mass mailing / email marketing systems. You will work closely with the Communications & Marketing and Corporate IT teams to stabilise, improve, and extend these integrations, supporting both day-to-day operations and upcoming enhancement projects.

Expected start date is January 1st 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and email marketing platforms such as ClickDimensions
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronisation issues between CRM records, subscriber lists, and campaigns
• Support the marketing team with campaign configuration, segmentation, and email deliverability
• Develop Dynamics 365 customisations, including plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom tables and fields
• Document technical designs, data flows, and operational procedures
• Advise on best practices for CRM and marketing automation architecture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM / Dataverse customisation
• Plugin development (C#/.NET) and/or Power Automate experience
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with an email marketing platform (ClickDimensions, Customer Insights – Journeys, dotdigital, Mailchimp or similar)
• Experience troubleshooting data sync between CRM and mailing lists, including contacts, subscriptions, unsubscribes, and duplicates
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, cross-functional IT team
• Fluent English

Requirements

• Email deliverability knowledge (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce and complaint handling), or experience setting up a marketing tool including domain authentication
• Direct ClickDimensions experience
• Campaign segmentation and contact/lead management
