[Hiring] Manager, Revenue Operations @Nucleus Security

Role Description

Nucleus is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to own and optimize the systems, data, and processes that support our go-to-market organization. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this individual will be the first dedicated hire on the Revenue Operations team and will work closely with leadership to build and scale the function. This hands-on role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to improve execution, provide reliable business insights, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable administering Salesforce and Gong, building executive reporting, managing commission processes, and supporting the day-to-day needs of sales and success teams.

• Own and optimize Salesforce, Gong, and the broader revenue technology stack, including system configuration, automation, integrations, data quality, governance, user support, and adoption.
• Deliver reliable reporting, analytics, forecasting, and commission operations that provide visibility into pipeline, sales performance, ARR, and overall revenue health, while ensuring the accuracy of compensation processes.
• Serve as the operational partner to the revenue organization, providing day-to-day sales support and designing scalable processes across the customer lifecycle in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including flows and automation, reporting and dashboards, system configuration, data management, and user support.
• Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and revenue performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs and data into practical solutions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day operational needs.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience administering Gong and other go-to-market technology platforms.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics, ARR reporting, forecasting methodologies, and revenue operations best practices.
