[Hiring] Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics @Parsley Health

Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics to help us understand and improve the full revenue engine at Parsley Health.

• Own the view of our revenue engine:
• Connect performance across marketing, sales, member engagement, clinician capacity, visits, billing, collections, and financial results.
• Turn analysis into action:
• Investigate business questions, identify root causes, recommend changes, and follow through with relevant teams.
• Reconcile conflicting stories:
• Dig into the underlying data when different departments see different versions of events.
• Improve forecasting and planning:
• Partner with Finance and functional leaders on forecasts across various metrics.
• Own BI and key business metrics:
• Maintain and improve dashboards, establish clear metric definitions, and change reporting processes as needed.
• Improve growth analytics:
• Partner closely with the SVP of Marketing and Growth Product Manager.
• Connect care delivery and RCM to revenue:
• Understand how various factors interact with the business.
• Handle practical RevOps and BizOps needs:
• Own or triage recurring analytical and operational work.
• Work directly with the data:
• Use SQL and BI environment to investigate questions and validate assumptions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, business operations, revenue strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Experience owning cross-functional business problems.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, or operational workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently investigate complex datasets.
• Experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, operational metrics, or business performance analytics.
• Experience translating data into clear recommendations.
• Experience defining business metrics and creating consistent sources of truth across teams.
• Comfort working with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills and comfort challenging assumptions with senior leaders.
• Comfort operating independently in a small, fast-moving company.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed technology company (nice to have).
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare services, or another regulated environment (nice to have).
• Experience with revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or EMR data (nice to have).
• Experience with subscription, consumer, marketplace, or recurring revenue business models (nice to have).
• Experience using Python or another analytical scripting language (nice to have).
