[Hiring] Manager, Professional Services @Trellix

Role Description

The Federal Professional Services Manager is a key leadership role within Trellix’s Global Services Organization, responsible for directing a team of technical consultants on our U.S. Federal customer base. This role requires a TS/SCI or higher.

• Bridge strategic leadership with technical delivery execution.
• Coach and lead a team of 5–10 Federal Professional Services personnel.
• Partner closely with Federal Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering.
• Drive billable utilization, project margin, Statement of Work (SOW) delivery, and ensure consultant success across mission-critical agency operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical/business field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Must hold a TS/SCI or higher clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration within enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical consulting or professional services delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. Federal market (FedCiv, DoD, IC) and the operational dynamics of Federal IT deployment.
