Role Description

Join TriHealth as a System Specialist – Patient Access! Remote Work Available. Must reside in Cincinnati-Dayton, Ohio, Northern Kentucky or Eastern Indiana.

System Specialists play a critical role in strengthening our Patient Access operations by ensuring Epic functions smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. In this position, you’ll apply your technical expertise to:

• Programming
• Testing
• Documentation
• Analysis across multiple Epic modules

Your work helps drive system reliability, improve workflows, and enhance patient experience across the organization. Location: Work From Home

Work Schedule: Full-Time (72 hours bi-weekly), Day Shift, No Weekend, Holiday or On Call Commitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (Required)
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of scheduling processes and Epic

Requirements

• Performs programming, testing, documentation, reporting and analysis in Epic
• Reports directly to the Manager, Revenue Cycle
• Communicates directly with departments and works in collaboration with IS
• Uses system knowledge including software, operating systems, operational/application knowledge and analytical/logical skills to resolve departmental and/or IS issues
• Prioritizes, distributes and completes requests timely and accurately
• Works with management in recommending and providing team members with appropriate training and feedback
• Ability to function at a high level of productivity and accuracy with minimal supervision
