[Hiring] Manager, Experience Cloud Specialists @Granicus

Role Description

The Manager, Experience Cloud Specialists is responsible for leading and developing a team of Experience Cloud Specialists, Senior Experience Cloud Specialists, and Experience Cloud Operations Specialists focused on helping State and Local government customers understand, adopt, and expand their use of the Granicus Government Experience Cloud (GXC).

• Drive execution of Granicus' GXC growth strategy.
• Establish priorities, operating rhythms, coaching, opportunity governance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Accountable for team performance, capability development, pipeline visibility, customer outcomes, and execution of the Experience Cloud Specialist methodology.
• Work closely with various teams to connect customer priorities to meaningful platform strategies.

• Strong understanding of State and Local government operations.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and change-management skills.

• Working knowledge of SaaS contracting and related processes.
• Ability to lead AI-enabled workflow redesign.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in government technology, SaaS, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of experience leading customer-facing teams.
• Demonstrated success in customer-growth and platform-adoption programs.
• Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity qualification.
• Experience working directly with State and/or Local government customers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Granicus solutions and Government Experience Cloud strategy preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and related business systems preferred.
• Change management or leadership training is a plus.
