Role Description

As a Remote Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional service through multiple remote channels. You'll guide members through transactions, educate them on our products and digital tools, and help them achieve financial well-being—all while ensuring every experience reflects our commitment to care and community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 - 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Basic personal finance knowledge

Requirements

• Deliver exceptional service through phone, chat, email, and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Educate members on digital banking services and self-service tools
• Promote confidence and adoption of new technology solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve members' financial well-being through products and services that meet their needs
• Build strong relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development
